Glazed Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 #2 can sliced beets
    1/2 C vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 C sugar
    1 C beet juice
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, sugar and beet juice in sauce pan. Bring to boil. Mix cornstarch with a little water. Add slowly to juice mixture. When thick and clear, add sliced beets. Serve hot.
