Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick margarine
8 oz. block cream cheese
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle in the one cup of coconut, then the one cup of pecans.
Mix the box of cake mix as directed and pour over the nuts and coconut.
In microwave or on the stove, melt until softened, confectioners sugar, margarine and cream cheese.
Spread this over the cake batter; stir a little.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
