5 Pounds Of Wonderful Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tall can evaporated milk (14 1/2 oz.)
    2 lb. sugar (4 1/2 c.)
    1/2 lb. marshmallows
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    2 pkg. (6 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3 pkg. (4 oz. each) German sweet chocolate
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans, walnuts or other nuts
Preparation
    Combine butter, canned milk and sugar in a large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven.
    Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
    Bring to boil; cover.
    Boil 5 minutes and turn off heat.
    Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
    Add the 3 kinds of chocolate, one at a time, stirring until melted.
    Add vanilla and nuts; blend. Pour into buttered 10 x 15-inch pan and let stand until firm before cutting into 1-inch squares.
