Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar or American)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    In baking dish, place in layers raw potatoes, cheese, soup and seasonings.
    Cover tightly with lid or foil and place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Serves 4 to 6.
