Ingredients

2 c. coarsely crushed corn flakes
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Mix corn flakes, coconut, nuts, sugar and butter.
Pour 2/3 of mixture into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Slice ice cream and place on cereal mixture.
Sprinkle remaining mixture on ice cream.
Cover and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
Cut into bars.
