Blueberry Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box blueberry muffin mix
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9-inch square pan.
    Rinse blueberries from mix with cold water and drain.
    Cut butter into mix with pastry blender or 2 knives.
    Stir in finely chopped pecans.
    Press into bottom of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until set.
    Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth in a large bowl.
    Add egg, lemon juice and lemon peel.
    Beat well.
    Spread over baked crust.
    Sprinkle with blueberries.
