Chili Chuck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck or round steak, cut up in chunks
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 can Campbell's chili beef soup
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Trim fat; cut meat into thin strips or cubes.
    Sprinkle with flour.
    In skillet, brown meat in oil; pour off fat and add tomatoes, water, onion and chili powder.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 1 hour.
    Stir now and then, add soup and green peppers.
    Cook, covered, 1/2 hour more or until tender.
    Serve over rice.
