Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. flour (regular)
    1 1/2 qt. pecans
    1 lb. candied cherries (1/2 red and 1/2 green)
    1 lb. pineapple
Preparation
    Melt margarine at room temperature.
    Beat eggs, margarine, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice together. Mix nuts in 1/2 flour. Mix candied cherries and pineapple in the other 1/2 of flour. Then mix all ingredients together. Bake in tube pan at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
