Nobby Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sifted flour
3 c. diced apples
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to creamed mixture. Stir in diced apples, nuts and vanilla.
Bake in a greased and floured 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes.
