Holiday Seafood Spread Or Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, cut in half
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, flaked
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped fine
    dash of salt and pepper
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Rub mixing bowl with garlic.
    Combine cream cheese and dressing and mix until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Let chill in refrigerator overnight or at least several hours. Serve with crackers or vegetable dippers.
    Yield:
    2 cups.
