Grandma'S Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 or 2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk or cream
1 or 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 or 1 stick butter

Preparation

Bring to a boil on medium heat; boil, stirring all the time to prevent sticking and scorching.
Cook until it thickens and pour over cake.
