Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 stalks celery
    4 green onions, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced thinly
    1 boneless chicken breast
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. beef broth
    1 c. stewed tomatoes with juice
    1 small can chopped chilies, mild
    8 oz. salsa, hot or mild
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    Monterey Jack cheese
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a saucepan saute the first four ingredients in a small amount of oil.
    Add the next seven ingredients and cook for at least half an hour or as long as you like.
    When serving, shred Monterey Jack cheese and tortilla chips, broken into small pieces, into each bowl.
