Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chicken Rice-a-Roni
    5 green onions, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) jars artichoke hearts, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    15 stuffed green olives, chopped
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Add onions and pepper when you add water to rice. Cook.
    Drain artichokes, reserving 1 cup liquid.
    Chop artichokes. Mix liquid, artichokes, mayonnaise and rice mixture.
    Add olives. Chill.
    Serves 4-6.
