White Pizza Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Lipton savory herb and garlic soup mix
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. chopped pepperoni (optional)
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In shallow 2-quart casserole, combine savory herb with garlic soup mix, sour cream, Ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and pepperoni.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella.
    Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Serve with garlic toast.
