Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. frozen or canned corn
    2 c. long grain rice
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes with liquid
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 3 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute onion and peppers in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour.
    Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients, except for 1/2 cup cheese.
    Pour into a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
