Special Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 slices onion
    4 slices tomatoes
    4 pepper rings
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    water
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
    Brown chops in fat in frying pan.
    Pour off fat.
    On top of each chop, place on
    onion
    slice,
    tomato
    slice and pepper slice.
    Evenly distribute rice over meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover with water.
    Cover tightly and cook over low heat 45 minutes.
