Mexican Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 garlic clove, chopped fine
    1 small green pepper, diced fine
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/3 c. sieved, cooked or canned tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute onion, garlic, green pepper until tender in oil.
    Add tomatoes, water, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 3 minutes.
    Add eggs and cook over slow heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
