Baked Crunchy Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. trout fillets
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy Italian dressing
2 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Lay fillets in the bottom of a buttered 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped onion.
Spread dressing over onion to cover fish.
Put crushed potato chips on top to cover completely.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serves 4.
Easy and real good.
