1 lb. ground beef chuck
3/4 c. frozen corn (defrosted)
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 large (12-inch) Italian bread shell or prepared pizza crust
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Co-Jack cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
Pour off drippings.
Stir corn, barbecue sauce, green onions and, if desired, 1 teaspoon salt into beef; heat.
Place bread shell on baking sheet.
Spoon beef mixture over; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Cut into 8 wedges.
