Texas Style Potatoes And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut
    5 large eggs
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper (as needed)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Put in potatoes.
    Fry until done.
    Mix eggs in separate pan.
    Mix until fluffy.
    Pour into pan with potatoes. Stir until eggs are cooked. Remove from heat.
    Serve with chicken or eat as a meal by itself.
