Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash, cooked
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except for Ritz crackers and melted margarine.
    Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish or Pyrex baking dish.
    Top with crumbled Ritz crackers and then melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until well heated.
