Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vinegar
1 oz. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
Blend.
Add food coloring, water and cocoa.
Blend well.
Add buttermilk, flour and salt gradually.
Add vanilla.
Beat well.
Last add soda and vinegar and stir gently.
Pour into greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool completely.
