Ham And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. noodles or macaroni
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
    2 c. diced cooked ham
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter, add onion, celery and mushrooms.
    Saute until tender.
    Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Add noodles, ham, salt and pepper.
    Place in large casserole dish, bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Freezes well to reheat later.
