Baked Tuna And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. wide noodles
    4 qt. boiling water
    4 Tbsp. salt
    2 qt. chopped celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 small can pimientos, sliced
    2 (No. 2) cans mushrooms
    6 (7 oz.) cans flaked tuna
    1 lb. margarine
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. salt
    4 qt. milk
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water and drain.
    Add celery, onion, pimiento, mushrooms and tuna.
    Melt margarine; stir in flour and salt.
    Add milk gradually.
    Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add to tuna mixture and pour into greased roaster inset pan.
    Close vent.
    Bake in electric roaster 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 50.
