Breakfast Andies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices soft stale bread (per person)
    1 egg (per person)
    1/4 tsp. vanilla (per egg)
Preparation
    Use soft stale bread, not brittle. Or use fresh bread left to stand out overnight. Slice bread into cubes, 6 per slice (like drawing tic, tac, toe). Mix batter until smooth. Soak cubes in batter. Fry in hot oil, 1/2-inch deep. Serve on warm dishes with hot syrup, honey, jam (recommend never use toppings cold).
