Pepperoni And Chive Mini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    4 Tbsp. dried chives
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. chopped pepperoni
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients, except pepperoni. Stir until moistened.
    Fold in pepperoni.
    Spoon into 24 muffin pans.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until brown.
    Cool 5 minutes.
