Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white syrup
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1 scant Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix syrup, sugar, flour and butter.
Add beaten eggs and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.
