Hearty Tortellini Soup(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans College Inn chicken or beef broth*
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen spinach, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook garlic in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add broth and tortellini.
    Heat to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add spinach and tomatoes.
    Simmer 5 minutes more.
    Serve topped with cheese.
