Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
2 c. sliced celery
4 c. zucchini, cut up
2 pt. canned tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 green peppers, sliced in 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Drain off fat.
Add celery; cook 10 minutes. Stir often.
Add 2 pints water.
Add other ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Serve with cornbread.
