Ingredients

1 t Dijon mustard
1/2 t crushed garlic
1/4 t salt
black pepper to taste
1/8-1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/2 -3/4 c olive oil
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
2 T sugar or honey
1/4 t celery salt
Preparation

Place mustard, garlic, spices and vinegar in small bowl. Whisk until thoroughly blended.
Slowly add olive oil, stirring constantly until ingredients combine.
Add sugar and adjust to taste.
Add cheese and mix together.
Serve over salad greens.
