Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 stick oleo
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. lemon extract
few drops almond extract
1/8 tsp. salt
8-inch pie crust
Preparation

Cream together sugar, cornstarch, oleo and eggs.
Add buttermilk, lemon extract, almond extract and salt.
Pour into pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Turn down to 350\u00b0 and bake until golden brown.
