Do Not Stir Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. fresh peaches
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x
    13-inch
    Pyrex dish.
    Make a batter with sugar, flour, baking
    powder
    and
    salt.
    Mix
    with milk. Pour batter into dish with
    melted butter.
    Do not stir.
    Pour fruit over this again; do not stir.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar on top.
    Do not stir.
    Bake in
    350\u00b0
    oven
    for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with Cool Whip.
