Stuffed Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. packaged stuffing (fix according to directions on box)
    1 medium onion, grated
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ground beef and salt.
    Divide into 12 equal parts (12 patties) and flatten to about 5 inches in diameter.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Divide among 6 patties.
    Top each pattie with stuffing mixture (6 of them).
    Place remaining meat patties on top and press edges together with a fork.
    Barbecue or broil for 20 minutes, turning once.
    Serves 6.
