Hot Cheese Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 box taco shells
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 small box Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown beef in skillet.
Pour off fat.
Add the package of taco seasoning mix.
Pour in tomato sauce and water.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Spoon mixture into unbaked taco shells.
Put sliced cheese on top; whatever amount you like.
Put in 400\u00b0 oven until cheese has melted.
Top with lettuce or lettuce and tomatoes.
Add hot or mild taco sauce.
