O' Susannah Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip, softened
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 jar caramel sauce (any size)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Bits 'o Brickle (toasted almonds)
2 ready made graham cracker crusts
Preparation

In bowl or oblong pan, break 1 pie shell into pieces; set aside. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add lemon juice. Beat. Fold in condensed milk, then fold in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 of this over broken pie shell. Put about 1/2 cup or more Bits 'o Brickle over this, then drizzle caramel sauce over, starting with your 2nd broken pie crust. Do another layer, ending with caramel sauce. Chill.
