French Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    vegetable oil
    seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and quarter potatoes; leave skins on.
    Dry potato quarters and soak in vegetable oil for approximately 1 minute. One at a time, dip potatoes in seasoned bread crumbs.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes or until fork goes in easily.
    Serve and top with your favorite topping.
