Spinach Fantastic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package.
    Press spinach between paper towels to remove excess water.
    Combine rice, spinach and remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
