Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium bell pepper, sliced
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1 C. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 C. oil
    3/4 C. vinegar
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix tomato soup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Layer carrots, onion rings, and bell pepper slices.
    Cover with sauce.
    Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
    Mixture may be replenished by adding carrots, onions, and bell peppers as they are used.
    By being kept covered in the refrigerator, sauce may be kept for a month.
