Caviar Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick sweet butter
    8 tsp. caviar
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut each boned chicken breast in 2 pieces.
    Remove skins. Pound with flat cleaver until thin.
    Place 1 teaspoon of caviar on top of butter.
    Roll up breasts and tie with thread.
    Beat eggs. Roll chicken in egg and then bread crumbs.
    Fry them in deep fat at 370\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
