Easy Baked Haddock, Cod Or Pollock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless fish
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Season fillets to taste and coat with butter.
Roll fillets in crumbs.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes per inch of fillet thickness.
