Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 can sliced olives and liquid
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 corn tortillas
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 block each: Cheddar cheese and Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in pan.
    Put tomatoes, enchilada sauce, olives, salt and pepper all in one pot.
    Add meat and onion; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
