Homemade Play Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. boiling water
8 drops food coloring

Preparation

Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar in a medium bowl.
Mix oil, water and coloring in small bowl.
Quickly stir liquid into dry mixture.
Dough will be stiff.
Stir all of the lumps out. When cool, store in a plastic container.
