Allyson Cook'S Party Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely diced, cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. seedless white grapes or halved red cherries
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. halved or slivered blanched almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, lemon-pepper seasoning and salt.
    Chill several hours.
    Add celery, grapes or cherries, chopped eggs, mayonnaise and almonds; toss lightly.
    Season salad with salt to taste.
    Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
    Serves 4 to 5.
