Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 110~)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast, water and sugar with water and flour in a glass jar.
    Cover with a cloth and fasten with a rubber band.
    Keep at room temperature for 5 days.
    It should be foamy and have a yeasty aroma.
    Feed and store in refrigerator.
