Rice Pudding(Reduced Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggs
    1 c. cooked white rice
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs in casserole dish.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes until done.
    Makes 6 servings.
