Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 bell pepper, sliced thin
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 drops Tabasco sauce or to taste
Preparation
    Scrub
    carrots.
    Slice\tand boil in salted water for 10 minutes.
    Add
    onion
    and\tbell
    pepper.
    Meanwhile,
    combine tomato sauce, vinegar, salad oil and sugar in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add Tabasco sauce.
    Pour over carrots and refrigerate.
