Sausage Balls With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild pork sausage
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Cook over low heat until brown on all sides.
    Drain on paper towels. Combine flour, salt, paprika and cheese.
    Cut in margarine with pastry blender.
    It will be dry.
    Mix with hands until dough is smooth.
    Shape dough around the cooked sausage ball.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    May be frozen before cooking.
    Yields 4 dozen balls.
