Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 green onion
    3 sprigs parsley
    1 thin slice unpeeled lemon
    2 to 3 sweet pickles, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1/4 pimento, quartered
Preparation
    Put mayonnaise in bowl; cut green onion and dice.
    Add to mayonnaise along with parsley and quartered lemon.
    Add to mixture. Add pickles and pimento pieces.
    Put into blender and cover; blend 1 to 2 minutes.
    Should be of a coarse consistency.
    Serve with all varieties of fish and seafood.
    Yields 1 1/4 cups.
