New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pt. sour cream
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into greased 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
