Mushroom Bacon Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving 3 tablespoons of drippings in skillet.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Add mushrooms and onion to drippings in skillet. Saute until onion is tender.
Add beans and pepper, cooking until thoroughly heated.
Place in serving dish and top with crumbled bacon.
